DStv Kusazoba Viewing Experience

• The promoter is MultiChoice South Africa Group (“MultiChoice”), whose registered office is at Multichoice City, 144 Bram Fischer Dr, Ferndale, Randburg, 2194.
• The competition is open to residents of South Africa only, aged 18 (eighteen)years or over except employees of SuperSport and / MultiChoice Group and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter will be available via SuperSport’s website.
• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
• Entries into the competition will be allowed from Sunday 20th November, exactly between 14h00-18h00. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a cancellation of the DStv Kusazoba Viewing Experience war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• The prize is as follows:

A 65” Samsung 4K UHD SMART TV and DStv Explora Ultra decoder (No installation and monthly subscription included.).

• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
• The Television Set will be provided courtesy of the MultiChoice South Africa Group (“MultiChoice”) and delivery will be arranged by Playmakers within 14 days of receiving the price acceptance letter.
• The Winner will be chosen as a result of a randomised draw, overseen by an auditor.
• The randomised draw will be conducted at WhiteHouse Ndofaya on Sunday 20 November on or before 19:30pm.
• The winner will be notified by phone call, e-mail and/or SMS within (2 hours) of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by phone call, email and/or SMS. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Identification of the winner/participant (South Africa ID/Driver’s license) is needed to collect the Television set and DStv Explora Ultra decoder.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• MultiChoice and its partner may withdraw from the competition at any time without any liability to participants.
• MultiChoice and its partner may change the prize at its discretion.
• This a free-to-enter competition
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Magistrate Courts of the Republic of South Africa.
• The Winner must hold a valid TV License in his/her name before the delivery of the Television set as per the terms of the Broadcasting Act, No 4 of 1999, any person or entity that has in its possession and/or uses a TV set must have a TV License. The winner must present the TV License before the delivery of the TV. Non-compliance by the winner may result in the winner forfeiting the prize, withdrawal of the prize from the winner and a replacement of the winner
• No liability will attach to MultiChoice, MultiChoice Group, or any contractors employed by MultiChoice or the MultiChoice Group if the event is cancelled or postponed.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current POPI Act data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent

• Entrants will exclude Multichoice Group employees, contractors, and agency partners.
• The Winner's account must be active at the time of the draw. Should the winner’s account be disconnected or not up to date, Multichoice serves the right to redraw another winner under the same conditions.
